#3: Maintain a Sleep Routine
Just stick to the “8-hour rule” when it comes to sleeping. That is ideal for maintaining physical and mental balance and for keeping you fresh and active through the day. So, no matter how intrigued you are by the idea of sleeping late on weekdays and oversleeping on weekends, try to stick to the rule every day. Research has shown that when the internal body clock functions well, the hormone secretions are balanced and thus, no excess fat accumulation takes place to make up for energy which could otherwise have been generated from sleep.
